Originally from Portugal, Sora\u00efa S\u00fc grew up in Lisbon until the age of 5. She keeps very good childhood memories there : the sun, the colors, the traditions, the \u00ab\u00a0salt dough\u00a0\u00bb workshops with her Mother…which inspire her today to create her unique pieces.
\nSora\u00efa S\u00fc had the opportunity to discover ceramics in Paris, at the Mire workshop, in 2011. She quickly became passionate about this new universe which made her want to devote her entire career to it.
\nIn 2013, she completed a ceramic turning training at the Chemins de Terres workshop in Montreuil. It was a complete training where she was able to learn the different techniques of working the clay.
\nAfter a few years of practice, Sora\u00efa S\u00fc has developed her artistic vision towards a limitless and ruleless style.
\nShe likes above all to create from nothing\u00a0: from a ball of clay or other materials and to symbolize her imagination with an exceptional piece.
\nAlways in instinct and exploration, Sora\u00efa S\u00fc constantly seeks to remain free.<\/p>\n

Originaire du Portugal, Sora\u00efa S\u00fc a grandi \u00e0 Lisbonne jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019\u00e2ge de 5 ans. Elle y garde de tr\u00e8s bons souvenirs d\u2019enfance\u00a0: le soleil, les couleurs, les traditions, les ateliers \u00ab\u00a0p\u00e2te \u00e0 sel\u00a0\u00bb avec sa M\u00e8re\u2026qui l\u2019inspirent aujourd\u2019hui pour cr\u00e9er ses pi\u00e8ces uniques.<\/i><\/p>\n

Sora\u00efa S\u00fc a eu l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 de d\u00e9couvrir la c\u00e9ramique \u00e0 Paris, \u00e0 l\u2019atelier Mire, en 2011. Elle s\u2019est tr\u00e8s vite passionn\u00e9e pour ce nouvel univers qui lui a donn\u00e9 envie d\u2019y consacrer toute sa carri\u00e8re.
\nEn 2013, elle a concr\u00e9tis\u00e9 une formation en tournage, \u00e0 l\u2019atelier Chemins de Terres de Montreuil. Ce f\u00fbt une formation compl\u00e8te o\u00f9 elle a pu apprendre les diff\u00e9rentes techniques du travail de la terre.<\/i><\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s quelques ann\u00e9es de pratique, Sora\u00efa S\u00fc a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 sa vision artistique vers un style sans limite et sans r\u00e8gle.
\nElle aime avant tout cr\u00e9er \u00e0 partir de rien\u00a0: d\u2019une boule de terre ou d\u2019autres mati\u00e8res et de symboliser son imaginaire par une pi\u00e8ce d\u2019exception.
